Liberty Mutual is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional who thrives on partnering with Business Managers to enable the attainment of their organization's business objectives by delivering Human Resources programs and services.
Key initiatives include (but are not limited to) workforce planning, employee opinion survey, talent development, retention. This individual will responsible for actively partnering with management to ensure alignment of people strategies with business initiatives.

Responsibilities:
* Provide expert consultative and operational support to Business Managers on complex human resources and employee relations and business issues.
* Cultivate a high-performance culture in partnership with management to achieve talent management goals.
* Manage significant projects, including researching the SBU implications and plans for implementation.
* Provide Business Managers with the tools and techniques to enable them to coach staff and comply with Human Resources policies and programs.
* Assist managers with interviewing management candidate for position; recommend candidates for selection and provide orientations/assimilations for managers.
* May facilitate management training for clients.
* Identify gaps and build solutions to address workforce challenges through analysis of data.
* Required travel: +/- 5% domestic.

Requirements |
* Demonstrated experience and ability in consulting and influencing business partners in areas impacting human capital.
* Experience initiating and leading Human Resources projects and ability to work with senior managers in business units.
* Employee Relations experience and Data Analysis capabilities required.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to develop and foster client relationships.
* Experience in working with large non-exempt employee populations.
* 3 to 6 years of Human Resources experience as a business partner.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Master's degree preferred.
* PHR/SPHR Certification a plus.
